Who we are

This website is operated by Home Sketch. For questions about your information, contact info@homesketch.uk.

What we collect and why

When you enquire, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, property postcode, project type and description. We use these details to understand your project, discuss a potential service and respond to you. The form does not accept attachments. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and email delivery

Enquiries are saved in a private website database hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. They are not publicly displayed. Your contact details and project description are also passed to FormSubmit to deliver an email to info@homesketch.uk. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Keeping your information

We use enquiry information for discussing and responding to your project and for relevant business records. Contact us if you would like us to review whether your details still need to be retained.

Your choices

Contact info@homesketch.uk to request access to your information, a correction or deletion. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

WhatsApp and external services

WhatsApp links open the external WhatsApp service. No message is sent automatically. If you choose to message us, WhatsApp’s terms also apply.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or analytics tools have been added to this website. Hosting and private access features may use technical information needed to operate it. The enquiry form does not store your project details in browser storage.

Design imagery

The residential images illustrate design ideas rather than completed Home Sketch projects. They are generated design inspiration; the kitchen and loft images were developed from reference photographs by Alex Tyson and Jakub Żerdzicki via Unsplash.
